We may need to make substitutions based upon what is fresh, seasonal and available. We will do our VERY BEST to maintain the look and feel of the arrangement you ordered and if we do need to make a substitution, we will ALWAYS call/email you first. Your HAPPINESS means EVERYTHING to us! Most often we are able to simply swap colors. EG: If the arrangement calls for yellow lilies and orange roses, we may swap it with orange lilies and yellow roses, etc.
