However, we do have to make allowances for the whims of nature as flowers are a natural product & not all bloom sizes/color shades or stem lengths grow exactly the same. We may need to make substitutions based upon what is fresh, seasonal and available. We will do our VERY BEST to maintain the look and feel of the arrangement you ordered! Your HAPPINESS means EVERYTHING to us! Most often we are able to simply swap colors. EG: If the arrangement calls for yellow lilies and orange roses, we may swap it with orange lilies and yellow roses, etc. If we need to make a substitution, we will call you. If we are unable to reach you, we will use our best discretion with the substitution so that we get your order out in a timely manner.
