Flower/greenery/vase substitutions of equal or greater value may be used. We will do our VERY BEST to maintain the look and feel of the arrangement you ordered! Your HAPPINESS means EVERYTHING to us! Most often we are able to simply swap colors. EG: If the arrangement calls for yellow lilies and orange roses, we may swap it with orange lilies and yellow roses, etc. We will call you with the substitutions available.
