Flowers need food in order to stay fresh and last long after being cut from the parent plant. We understand that each type of flower has its own specific food requirements. Hence, we ensure that each of our flower types are given the food that caters the most to their nutrient requirements. We use Bulb food for our Alstroemeria, Irises, Gladiolus, Lilies, Tulips and other flowers grown from bulbs, We use Garden flower food for our Stock, Larkspur, Daisies, Sunflowers, Carnations and accent flowers, and we feed our Roses, Garden Roses and Spray Roses with a Rose food specifically formulated to nourish these delicate blooms for maximum longevity. Our Roses typically last 7-12 days in a vase with proper aftercare given! Many of our competitors state that their flowers will last only 3-5 days….this is absolutely incorrect! Quality flowers purchased straight from the farms and fed the proper types of food will last at least a week….and usually longer! For example, our Alstroemeria will last up to a month with proper care! What would you rather spend your money on? Flowers that last 3-5 days? Or flowers that can last a half a month or more? In addition, all of our wholesalers who supply us with these specific flower food formulations, have stated numerous times to us that we are the ONLY flower shop in the Phoenix Metro Area in Arizona that goes to these lengths to obtain these special Rose and Bulb foods for our flowers. They have to special order the the Rose food and the Bulb food in specifically for us.
